I have tried all of the help tips.
I cannot connect to the wi fi either.
the printer seems frozen.
it was working but I got a new router.
I cannot do a factory reset as it is not connected to WiFi.
I am just going round in circles.

I have powered on and off in all of the ways possible.
I have held the X and WiFi buttons together several times.
the blue light is flashing, but won’t connect.
when I press the i button twice to print it just flashes orange 5 times and nothing else.
I have held the i button for 4 seconds and pressed it again, same thing. Light flashes orange and goes off. Nothing else.
