HP DeskJet 3630 series
  • What you were doing & experienced

So basically, I wanted to clear my C:\ disk recently, when I found out, that for 5 years I had some software installed for some printer, that i never had. It was called HP DeskJet 3630 series. The printer I have and always use is CanonLBP6000/LBP6018. So the first natural thing I started doing is uninstalling all of the unwanted programs. I had like 7 of them  in some way connected to this software. When I tried to delete the last one called like "Main software for device HP DeskJet 3630 series" i got several errors. The first one was: "Error -2147467259. Failed to find driver packages to process.". The second one was the same and the third one was "InstallCustomActions: CopyPortMonitorFiles: 3=CopyFile(Src: C:\Program Files\HP\HP DeskJet 3630 series\Bin\\HPDiscoPME311.dll Dst: C:\WINDOWS\system32\HPDiscoPME311.dll)". Lastly, i got this one: "Error 3. Failed to copy port monitor files.". Then the uninstallation stopped and nothing changed. I can still try to uninstall it, but with no result.
But the story doesn't end there. Then I looked at the Windows update center, and I had this update for HP Printer, that stopped immediately and output error 0x80070012. The date of the update is something like February of 2019. I can disable downloading this update, but it blocks all other more necessary updates in the queue and always shows up in the center. Finally, when I turn on the computer, I get warned with RunDLL error, saying: "Error occurred during initialization C:\Program Files\HP\HP DeskJet 3630 series\bin\HPSTATUSBL.dll" even though I don't have any printer related programs that open on start. I think that is all.

for windows 10 type winver in the search box
if you give the best information

sorry, it looks like you are listing a motherboard model here..
but what do you want to do exactly, because all this is a bit confusing for me, and you seem to have done more harm than good in all your manipulations!
You are talking about a printer, which you would never have had, I do not see how a driver would have been installed in this case!
So if finally the problem and especially related to printers, if I would not be of great help I think

I want to delete all the remaining drivers, fix my updates and remove this error on the computer turning on.
I don't have an idea, how i've got these drivers, maybe with some update they got autoinstalled.
