Hi @Drm17,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help you!

If you're having trouble removing a printer from the HP app on your iPad, you can try the following steps:

1. Update the HP Smart App

  • Ensure you have the latest version of the HP Smart app installed on your iPad. Go to the App Store, search for HP Smart, and update it if needed.

2. Remove Printer from the App

  • Open the HP Smart app.
  • Go to the Printers tab or screen where your printers are listed.
  • Tap on the printer you want to remove to access its details.
  • Look for an option like Remove Printer or Delete Printer. If you see it, select that option to remove the printer.

3. Check Printer Settings

  • If you can't find the option to remove the printer, check the printer settings or preferences within the app for any options related to managing or deleting printers.

4. Restart the HP Smart App

  • Close the HP Smart app completely and then reopen it. Sometimes, refreshing the app can help with issues.

5. Restart Your iPad

  • Restart your iPad. This can sometimes resolve temporary app glitches.

6. Remove Printer from iPad Settings

  • You can also try removing the printer from your iPad’s settings:
    • Go to Settings on your iPad.
    • Tap on Bluetooth or Wi-Fi (depending on how your printer is connected).
    • Look for the printer in the list of connected devices and tap on the information icon (i) next to it.
    • Select Forget This Device or Remove.

7. Reinstall the HP Smart App

  • If you still can’t remove the printer, try uninstalling and reinstalling the HP Smart app. This can sometimes resolve persistent issues.

If none of the above steps work, consider reaching out to HP Phone Support for further assistance.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance
