Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought it some days ago thinking on scan document,

I bought it because the printer box say copy, fax, print and scan , but when a click the scan bottom, i got the message No scans option refers documentation, is the printer a scan printer ? the box say all in one.

my windows is 10 64 bit, I download the software and driver from hp web site, but they are very old from 2015.

I see that you're trying to use the scanning features on the printer. The printer is capable of scanning. Refer to the document HP Printers - How to Scan (Windows) to learn about alternate scanning options from the computer.
