HP Envy 6132e All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I cannot connect my new HP envy 6132e printer to my windows 7Pro computer I have added a usb cable between them but it  cannot find the printer. I have loaded the universal printer driver but still will not work. I can print from my ipad and my iphone but not the computer. I have contacted HP by phone but they can only suggest adding a usb cable but once again it will not find the driver. Any help would be appreciated as I have been trying to connect for over a week.

Hi Alan,

The HP Envy 6132e model is supported on Windows 10 or later operating system versions, it is incompatible with Windows 7 as no drivers are available for the operating system.
