Product: Deskjet 4155e

I cannot get my new Deskjet 4155e to install. The WiFi portion completes but the actual driver will not install.  When I try generic drivers it installs and then when printing it send the signal and recognizes the printer but never prints.  HELP

I see that you are trying to install the printer. To assist you better, which device are you using to print?

Install the HP Smart app to print and scan.
