Hi Sandy, 

 

I was on the phone with Apple Tech Support and after trying a number of different processes to get the printer to work, they suggested that HP has not yet upgraded their drivers/software to be compatible with the MacOS Big Sur Upgrade. 

 

Could you let me know when this will be happening?
