I purchased a new Mac computer with iOS Sequoia 15.2 on it and I cannot complete the setup process. It will not allow me to move past the screen where I am selecting the use of the printer. It highlights a red box with no text and will only let me put numbers in it but no combination of numbers I have tried have let me move on. Because of this, my HP Easy Scan software will not communicate with the printer and it will say Preparing to Scan the entire time. Can someone assist on this?
