I just bought this printer and as the forum and HP support suggest I've reseted it so many times, I can't even remember how many. It's impossible to register it. Technical support at phone are rude and jus wasted my time doing exactly the same I did, reset the printer. After that, they start to create new problems to justify why is nor register like "HP is not compatible with Mac" or "Yes it is compatible but HP Smart it's not", "It's not a problem that you couldn't register it" just simply to avoid repair. I just have one week with the printer and it has been an awful experience. Seriously thinking in ask for a devolution asap.

It wan't resolve it at all.
I have tried all your suggestions so many times, and before you even mentioned it.
It's a complete horror story. - No one can help, your partners at the phone are completely rude, your website is constantly failing.
