I cant install my printer driver

My printer is HP LaserJet P106dnI tried all type of driver software but not working also I follow all instruction but not working.
Every time I was plug USB and run the autorun that came with the printer when plug on put this time when start HP smart install installing and select USB it start to install until reach to driver installing I see like auto unplug USB HP smart installation and give installation failed with this message
The printer installation failed. Please try the following steps after you click Close.

1. Ensure the USB cable is disconnected from the printer.
2. Turn the printer off, then on.
3. Plug the USB cable into the printer.

I tried by download and install full features HP software and driver but same issue.
All checking toll like HPPSdr or product detector did not find the printer while I connect it and I can see and open HP smart install drive.
the printer was working ok but when I change the system to windows 11 not work, but I back to windows 10 21H1 and also 22H1 but not working. I tried with another laptop installed driver by HP smart install and print ok.
I update printer firmware by another laptop but still same issue.
Please help me how to solve this issue.

Hi,

Please follow below utility and disable HP Smart Install for the printer:

Unplug the USB cable and restart the printer, then reinstall the printer drivers and only connect the USB cable when the installation ask to do so:
