Hi @drsgowthamraj,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To connect your HP Ink Tank 110 series printer to a Chromebook, follow these steps:
1. Ensure Printer is Powered On
- Make sure your printer is turned on and ready.
2. Connect Printer to Wi-Fi
- Network Setup: If your printer supports Wi-Fi, use the control panel to access the wireless settings and connect it to your Wi-Fi network.
- If it doesn’t support Wi-Fi, you can use a USB cable to connect it directly to your Chromebook.
3. Add Printer on Chromebook
- On your Chromebook, click on the time in the lower right corner and then select the Settings gear icon.
- Scroll down to Advanced and click on Printers.
- Click on Add Printer. Your Chromebook should automatically search for available printers.
- If your printer appears, select it and click Add.
4. Using HP Smart App (if needed)
- If you have trouble connecting:
- Install the HP Smart app from the Google Play Store (if supported).
- Open the app and follow the prompts to add your printer.
5. Check for Updates
- Ensure your Chromebook is up to date. Go to Settings > About Chrome OS > Check for updates.
6. Print a Test Page
- After adding the printer, try printing a test page to ensure the connection works.
7. Troubleshooting
- If the printer doesn’t appear:
- Ensure both the printer and Chromebook are on the same Wi-Fi network.
- Restart both devices and try adding the printer again.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
