Product: HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 2775 All-in-One Printer

I was trying to connect my printer with my hp smart app. During the setup, I got an error. It says "Account created! But, your printer isn't connected to your account. Your printer is connected to another account. To access printer sharing and remote printing, you need to connect your printer to your account".

 

As far as I know, I don't have another account. And I got that error also during the first setup, which was in 2021.  But at that time I didn't think about that much, Coz I really didn't need that at that time. But Now I need this feature very badly. Because It will save me a lot of time if I can start printing outside of the home. Please help me as soon as possible. I tried to reset the printer but it didn't work.
