I couldn't get the 123hp app to work and now can't get access to the 6 month free trial.

When I went to 123.hp.com to set up the drivers and connect to wireless, the app couldn't find my printer. I ended up setting it up through System preferences and on the printer to connect to the internet. Now I don't have an account. The instant ink icon doesn't show on the printer menu and I don't know what to do.  Very frustrating!

To assist you better, are you trying to enroll the printer in Instant Ink or already enrolled?

I don 't have an instant ink account. When I go to 123.hp.com it can't find my printer. When I go to enroll, it either wants an account that I don't have or asks me to use 123.hp.com which doesn't work.  Frustrating!
