I'd like to buy a Microsoft Surface 7 laptop with ARM64 drivers. Will my HP Envy 5660 printer work?

Does an older HP Envy 5660 All-In-One printer support ARM64 drivers?  I'd like to buy a Microsoft Surface 7 laptop but not sure I'll be able to print, fax and scan.  Thanks in advance for your advice.

Universal drivers are designed to work across various machines and are likely to support lightweight tasks like printing and scanning.
