Hello, my sister gifted me her HP ENVY Inspire 7200e series printer. I purchased the ink cartridges that are necessary for this printer which are the HP64 ink cartridges but upon installation, I keep getting the error message "Use SETUP cartridges that came with your printer". Is there any way that I can bypass this message with the new ink that I just purchased? Thank you in advance for your response.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with your HP ENVY Inspire 7200e series printer. this error message can occur if the printer is not recognize the new ink cartridges. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue.
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Remove the new ink cartridges from the printer.
- Reinstall the old SETUP cartridges that came with the printer.
- Turn on the printer and wait for it to recognize the SETUP cartridges.
- Open the printer cover and remove the SETUP cartridges.
- Reinstall the new ink cartridges that you purchased.
- Close the printer cover and wait for the printer to recognize the new cartridges.
If the above steps do not work, you can try resetting the printer to its factory settings.
