I don't get the full screen on my mac when using the smart Hp app, I get a part of the screen only

I've downloaded smart hp and my mac running on Catalina doesn't show the complete screen or menu of icons. Sometimes, rarely maybe 1 out of ten attempts I actually get a full screen otherwise I get a partial screen and can't access all the options or click on the bars at the bottom that activate the programs

Does this happen only with the HP Smart app?

Have you tried resizing the window?

1. Move the pointer over the resize corner in the bottom-right corner of the window.

   

2. Hold down the left mouse button and drag the mouse.

   The window grows or shrinks as you drag the mouse.

3. Release the left mouse button when you’re happy with the new size of the window.

Make sure the MAC is up to date.

Click the Apple icon > About This Mac > Software Update and install any available update.

If the issue persists, uninstall the app and install it from the App store.
