Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP 4101fdw Printer

Hello:

I have two refurb MFP 4101fdw printers I just bought in the last few weeks.

 

One printer will update to firmware LOCHSAXXXN002.2404A.00, but the other one won't go past 2333A.00 no matter which of the update methods I try.

 

Why would this be happening, and how can I ensure that both have the latest firmware version?
