I changed the black ink carteidge and began to run a test page after alingment but when i tried to do this there was no printing although it appeared that it was printing and i attempted to print my documents andit would not print but it once agasin went through the process with nothing printing I received a message to download a fix for this, i believe it went on to say it could not be fixed by the printer (DOCTOR?) THUS THE DOWNLOAD SUGGESTION ANY iDEAS PLEASE? IT DOES PRINT. IS THERE A SETTING'S PROBLEM ? AND/OR IS THERE A WAY TO RESTORE THE SETTINGS RESPECTIVE TO MT TOSHEBA WINDOWS TEN, RATHER THAN DO THE DOWNLOAD ? tHANK YOU FOR ANY RERSPONSE , AND HAVE A BETTERR DAY THAN I AM HAVING

Thank You David SMP, I am rather embarassed (some what) But for the difficulty I have it was a great big (DUH!) THE PROBLEM WAS SOLVED WITH A FLASH LIGHT>>> GO FIGURE? THERE WAS A SMALL PENCIL IN THE PAPERS CHAMBER THAT DID IMPEDE THE PRINTER i THINK MY GREAT-GRANDSON SOMEHOW ALLOWED THE PENCIL TO ACCIDENTLY DROP IN THIS AREA, BUT A KUDO FOR YOU DVID THREE DAY'S OF HUNTING ON TGHE NET AND IT WAS INDEED A (duh) PROBLEM tHANKS TO YOU FOR YOUR REPLY i NOWHAVE A WEBBED AREA COVERING THIS OPENING TO STOPITEMS FROM GETTING IN THIA AREA AND HAVE RELOCASTED MY PEN AND PENCILO HOLDER TO A HIGHER ELEVATION !GENO AND THANK'S AGAIN
