Hi @Eileen2351,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help you!

If your HP LaserJet Pro MFP M227fdw is not connecting to Starlink, there could be several reasons for this issue. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:

Check Wi-Fi Settings: Ensure that your printer's Wi-Fi settings are correctly configured. Make sure it's attempting to connect to the correct Wi-Fi network.

Signal Strength: Verify that the Starlink signal strength is sufficient in the location where the printer is placed. If the signal is weak, consider repositioning the Starlink dish or moving the printer closer to it.

Restart Devices: Try restarting both the printer and the Starlink modem/router. Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues.

Firmware Updates: Make sure your printer's firmware is up to date. Check the HP website for any available firmware updates for your printer model.

Network Security: Ensure that your Starlink network settings, such as security protocols (e.g., WPA2, WEP), are compatible with your printer's Wi-Fi capabilities.

Firewall Settings: Check if any firewall settings on your Starlink router are blocking the printer's connection. Adjust the firewall settings if necessary.

Reset Printer Network Settings: You can try resetting the printer's network settings to factory defaults and then reconfigure the Wi-Fi connection.

Contact Support: If you've tried all the above steps and still encounter issues, reach out to Starlink support for assistance.
