Hi @Debrac810 ,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you are facing issue with the HP Deskjet3750 deskjet series . Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

May I know

1. Since when are you facing this issue

2. Have you made any changes on your printer post that this issue raised and have you observed any light blinking on the display or error message

If you're experiencing issues with your HP DeskJet 3750 series printer not printing the full content when sending print jobs from your phone, there are several steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. Here are some suggestions:

Check Printer Status: Ensure that there are no error messages or warning lights on the printer. If there are any issues with the printer itself, address them first.

Check Print Settings: Verify that the print settings on your phone are configured correctly. Make sure that you have selected the correct printer and that the paper size and orientation match your document.

Update Printer Drivers: Make sure that you have the latest printer drivers installed on your Windows 10 (32-bit) computer. You can visit the HP website to download and install the latest drivers for your specific printer model.

Print a Test Page: Print a test page directly from your computer to see if the issue persists. This can help you determine whether the problem is specific to the phone or if it is a printer-related issue.

Check Mobile Printing App: If you are using a mobile printing app to send print jobs from your phone, make sure the app is up to date. Check the app settings to ensure that the correct printer and print settings are selected.

Restart Devices: Restart both your printer and your phone. Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve communication issues between devices.

Clear Print Queue: If there are multiple print jobs in the queue, try clearing them and sending a single print job to see if the issue persists.

Check for Firmware Updates: Ensure that your printer has the latest firmware installed. Check the HP support website for any available firmware updates for your printer model.

Network Connection: Ensure that both your computer and phone are connected to the same network as the printer. If you're using a wireless connection, check the signal strength.

Print from Another Device: If possible, try printing the same document from another device to see if the issue is specific to your phone or if it occurs with other devices as well.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
