I have a problem with my printer HP Deskjet 2320,

I have a problem with my HP Deskjet 2320 printer, I tried 7 or 8 times to set up my printer by restarting the computer each time uninstalling then reinstalling the printer, numbering is ok, ink cartridges ok, software and drivers ok, I can reproduce a page to make a photocopy but if I want to print a page from my computer it does not work. What should I do?

This is a USB printer. Try another USB port. You should hear a beep from the PC  when the cable is removed or plugged back in.  Bring up the device manager (I assume windows) with the printer unplugged and look for any problems. Possibly the USB drivers are not working.  While looking at the device manager display,  plug the printer back in. It should show up as a printer or an unknown device. If unknown device then you need to install the driver.

Software

HP updates software periodically. Downloads shown below may be old. You should always visit the Software and Download page to look for new releases. You may need to select an operating system (OS) first. If windows 11 is missing then use 10. You can go as far back as Windows 7, 64bit to get missing drivers. After selecting the OS click the blue Open all button to view all downloads.
