I have an HP 3630 given to me, all I get is an error code and flashing red lights. etc.

I just got this printer, I hooked it up to my laptop, and I get an E flashing and two red dots flashing. Also when I try to hook it up either with a USB cable or wirelessly it asks for a PIN which is not anywhere on the printer, I have a feeling it was removed by the previous owners. How do I fix it.
