I have an HP ENVY 5055 All-In-One Printer and I lost the disc. I need to install the printer on a Windows XP computer that is not connected to the internet.  How can I download the driver??

@StillUsingXP,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to know how to download the drivers for the printer.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

You can download the drivers from a computer where the internet is working and save it on a flash drive and then install it on the XP computer.

You can download the drivers for your printer from the below link.

I hope that answers your question and you have a great day!

Thank you, but it seems i need the 32bit version.  Is that available?

In addition, if I can't get this printer to work with XP, what new printers out there will work with XP?

@StillUsingXP

You can download the 32bit driver for Windows XP from the below link.

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/EN5000/EN5000_Basicx86_44.4.2678.exe

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
