I have an HP OfficeJet Pro printer and I need to set it up through your HP Smart App on my iPhone as well as on my MacBook Air (MacOS Ventura Version 13.4) and I am having trouble getting the HO Smart app connected to my phone and my Mac Laptop because it is asking for a Password and I am not sure why it’s not accepting my password or connecting correctly as well as I need to know how to scan documents on this printer and send them to my MacBook Air and or to a USB drive as well.
