The printer stopped taking commands from the computer so I tried to reinstall the software from the factory supplied dics. I got screen notice that the computer had more recent drivers while the installation was about 25% done. The screen then started another installation probably from the internet but in the end it could not find hpqgends.tmp . Then it went to 100% installed. The Printer works but the Sanner  program does not. Is there a way to clear the computer so that I can install it totally from nthe

factory supplied disc and get the whole thing working. Side issue I have a 2nd computer on Windows 10 that operates the same way so win 10 drivers are sometimes used when I connect the newer computer. I don't think the Printer is 100% compatible  with it.
