HP Officejet 8740
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

There are 3 methods.

USB directly

Wireless via your wireless modem

Bluetooth

My confusion is that I only seem to be able to connect with only ONE of these, reliably, USB.  I have tried to connect different computers via different methods of connection with no success.  I avoid wireless do the the printer constantly becoming "Offline"  I have one computer connected with a USB but can not connect any others.  Why is this so **bleep** hard.

I have tried to deal with these issues when I fight bought the printer and gave up and went with USB since it always work, but only with one computer.   I am again trying to figure out this issue.  I feel that I don't own this printer and therefore do not have control of it.

Firstly I don't think printer supports Bluetooth therefore it is out of question. Please try the following guide for wireless
