Basicly I installed a completly New black and color ink cartridge in the printer. If I use both of them it's going to say for both cartridge not communicating properly with the printer. If I remove the black one the color one is working in one cartridge Mode but if I do with the opposite then the black one is not communicating. What could i do to make it run in two cartridge mode?

Are you using HP genuine ink cartridges?
Please follow the steps from this document here and see how it goes.
Also, update the firmware for your printer.
