Can't setup through my smart app(it says printer isn't listed ). But other people can connect through my smart app through iphone. My Android phone runs on Android 11, bought on 2022. What is the issue , if I have to change my phone which one is best suited. Why I cannot connect through Motorola stylus 5g 2022.

Printer: Color laser jet pro MFP m283fdw.

Make sure, your printer and your device are on the same network as 2.4GHZ only. 

 

Perform the steps from this document and see if that helps.
