Your ink cartridges are the wrong ones for the region (country) you are in. The problem is not the codes, it is what must be entered knowing either the new or the old cartridge ID. Also, the printer or the ink cartridge needs to be in warranty. You need region change help.
I notified the moderator of the problem.
Changing the region code can be difficult as described here.
When an agent contacts you ensure that the agent is familiar with the OS you are using. If the agent is in a different time zone try to get one in your time zone. If that is not possible you may need to choose the best time to make a contact.
You may need WhatsApp to work through the region reset procedure.
1. The printer should be connected using a printer USB cable to the computer.
2. You need to have the printer full feature software installed on your computer.
3. You need to have all the cartridges either from the region/country from where the printer was purchased originally or the new region/country to which you want to reset it to.
4. The cartridges must be genuine HP.
5. Make sure HP Smart App is installed.
6. If the printer is not under warranty, then the ink cartridges need to be in the warranty period.
