I have a new Dell Inspiron 15 5000 and I can't print using auto duplex.
Picking double sided asks me to feed the second side manually. I can install auto duplex in Windows settings by updating in the auto config drop down. I have tried printing both before and after restarting and the result is the same. When I go back to settings after trying to print a Word doc, the auto duplex is not installed again. I followed a post from @gg1707 06-10-2019 on the user forum and reinstalled the printer but that did not change the result.
Somebody please help.

Hi,
Try following below specific version of the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility by selecting your printer:
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe
Be sure to restart your PC and allow the utility to complete the process, then check for any difference.
Try printing and check for any change, if the same remains try printing using the newly added print queue copy (Copy1) and check for any difference.
