Hi @Bahy,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
No worries! You can still set up your HP printer on your new laptop without the CD. Follow these steps.
- Visit the HP Support Website: Go to the official HP website (https://support.hp.com) and navigate to the support section.
- Search for Your Printer Model: Use the search bar or browse through the categories to find your printer model.
- Download the Latest Drivers: Look for the drivers and software section for your printer model. Download the latest drivers compatible with your operating system (Windows or Mac).
- Install the Drivers: Once the download is complete, run the installer file and follow the on-screen instructions to install the drivers and software for your printer.
- Connect Your Printer: Connect your HP printer to your laptop using a USB cable or through a wireless network connection, depending on the capabilities of your printer and your preferences.
- Complete the Setup: Follow any additional on-screen prompts to complete the setup process. This may involve configuring the printer settings and connecting to your Wi-Fi network if you're setting up a wireless connection.
- Test Your Printer: After the setup is complete, print a test page to ensure that your printer is working correctly.
By following these steps, you should be able to set up your HP printer on your new laptop without the need for the CD.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
