Product: HP Office Jet Pro 8600
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

I misplaced the CD that came with our HP Office Jet Pro 8600. How do I download one? My MACAir does not have a CD slot.

I replaced the inks and the error:

 

"Missing or failed printhead

The printer appears to be missing, not detected, or incorrectly installed."

 

I've removed/reinstalled the whole ink carrier a few times but the error persists What else can I do?.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Resolving 'Ink System Failure', 'System Supply Problem' Errors and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
