HP ENVY 7640 e-All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been tirelessly trying for 4 days to find a solution to connect my HP Printer to Web Services. I'm setting up this printer to my new Dell PC. I've tried setting up Web Services using the Web Services set up Wizard that's installed on my printer. Every try sends back a message in the printer screen the says "Server Problem, The printer could not connect to Web Services. The server might be busy or temporarily unavailable. Try again later''

Another window message on the printer says "Email: Not Available, Status: Not Connected" It shows I have WIFI but no internet. 'Internet is not connected' but it is on the PC.

I've been using this printer for several years with no issues. I recently connected this HP printer to my new Dell PC using a wireless setup. I can print and scan but only to my PC with the installed print/scan program that Microsoft had installed with Windows 10.

My original HP Printer Software would allow scans directly to email which I really miss having option. The original HP Printer Software Full Pack and Drivers I just installed again . When the install is near the end of completion it stop and a popup window on my PC says "We're Sorry, we don't support this Browser". My current default Browser is MS Edge. It seems hard to believe Edge doesn't support my HP Printer? My printer is about 6 year old in excellent condition.

If the Edge Browser is causing this conflict, what Browser would be a good secure replacement for MS Edge?

Thanks in advance for any and all help to solve this mystery.!!!
