I'm replacing my old printer with an HP4001 in an office with no internet, on a Windows 7 PC LAN.

I have an office that cannot have internet connections.  I have 3 networked computers in the office and I need to replace a failed HP Laserjet with a HP4001 series.  All the computers use Windows 7.   The lack of internet is not negotiable.  

How do I install this printer?  Can I activate it?  I need to put it on the LAN using a 192.168.1.xxx ip address.  I can't use, and don't want to use, the HPSmart program.

If this is just not possible, what brand of laser printer should I buy?
