Printer is a HP Officejet J4580 All-in - One. computer is laptop Microsoft windows 11 Enterprise. I'm trying to download or connect the printer without CD, laptop can't find the device or is saying 'The Driver is unavailable' any idea what this means is it still usable? Thank you
