I have downloaded the full web pack and tried to reinstall it in my computer.  My computer is connected to the router, obviously, because I'm posting this online.  The computer doesn't find my printer.  Meanwhile, My printer states that it is online and connected to my router.  I've spent way too much time trying to get this to work.  Please help.

Thank you.

Welcome to HP Forums. This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries.

I understand that you have been using an HP OfficeJet 6958 All-in-One Printer and it is not getting connected to your Computer. I would like to help with that.

Let's reset the Printers network settings:

1. From the Home screen, touch (Wireless) and then touch ( Settings ). 2. Touch Restore Network Settings, and then follow the onscreen instructions. 3. Print the network configuration page and verify that the network settings have been reset.

Once done, restart the Router, Printer and the Computer in this sequence and check if it connects.

Let me know how it goes.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Have a great day!
