Hi @nesma2,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you're trying to connect your HP LaserJet P1102w printer to your computer and you don't have the WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) PIN, you can try the following alternative methods.

USB Connection:

  • Connect your printer to your computer using a USB cable. This is a direct and reliable method that doesn't require any wireless setup.

Wi-Fi Direct:

  • HP LaserJet P1102w supports Wi-Fi Direct. Turn on Wi-Fi Direct on your printer and connect your computer to the printer's Wi-Fi Direct network. You can usually find this option in the printer's settings menu.

Manual Wi-Fi Setup:

  • Access your printer's control panel and navigate to the wireless settings. You might need to use the buttons on the printer to navigate through the menu.
  • Choose the option to set up a new wireless connection and enter your Wi-Fi network's SSID (name) and password manually.

HP Smart App:

  • Download and install the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your printer. The app will guide you through the process of connecting the printer to your Wi-Fi network.

Wired Connection (Ethernet):

  • If your printer and computer are close to each other, you can connect the printer directly to your router using an Ethernet cable. This doesn't rely on Wi-Fi for the connection.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
