Hi @PrinterLover11,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help. Please note that HP Printers use different ink cartridges in different regions, and to use the ink cartridges sold in the current region, we need to change the region settings on the printer.

I request that you please get back to me with the following information so that I can help you change the region settings on the printer.

Do you still have the ink cartridges for both regions?

Do you have a printer USB cable? or connecting via Wifi?

Which OS is on the PC? Is it Windows or Mac? Please note: Regional reset can only be performed on a Windows Pc.

Do you have the printer's full-feature software and drivers installed on your PC?

Hope this helps!

Thanks!

I'm an HP Employee.

HI @PrinterLover11,

Thank you for getting back to me and letting me know. The older image link may no longer work after some time. Please open a new window and share the image again so I can review it and assist you further.

Step 2:

1) Launch the printer software from the desktop icon or, from the Start menu, click Start, All Programs, HP, the Product Name, and then the Product Name again.

2) Double-click the Estimated Ink Levels icon in the printer software. The Estimated Ink Levels window opens.

3) Press and hold the CTRL and SHIFT keys, and then right-click anywhere in the Estimated Ink Levels window, except for a button. The Set New Region window opens.

4) If the Set New Region window fails to open, right-click to the right and left of the Estimated Ink Levels window.

5) Take a screenshot of the screen and send it to me in private not in public.

I'm an HP Employee.
