That model printer is only supported for Windows 2000 through Windows Vista.

Since you own a Dell printer and this is the HP community forum, you may want to seek assistance on the Dell community forum to see if anyone can help you get the printer to work on W11.

You might also want to try the Lexmark Universal printer driver as Lexmark made most of the Dell printers.
