Product: HP ENVY x360 - m6-aq003dx (ENERGY STAR)

My old printer,  HPF 40120 (Office jet Pro 8710) is not communicating with my new laptop. I can print, but I can't scan and save documents to my laptop. I'm thinking I need the driver for the printer, a HPF 40120 (Office jet Pro 8710). Any suggestions?
