Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I follow the recomendations to add a printer (run windows update and select HP) but my 1220C is not an available printer.

 

My issue is when I que a print job, the printer seems to begin to spool the project,  and the green light is flashing as if to signafy the print job has started, the paper loads then the trouble (yellow light comes on) and an error appears in the printer que.   I've attmpted several times to restart the computer, and also done searches and attempted other proposed fixes, but nother works.   I've run the printer trouble shooter with no luck. I need a wide format printer that can print super "B" size (13"X19") size prints but cannot find one reasonbly priced.
