I need live assistance to setup my printer. The issue is that the printer will not print or copy.

Hello everyone!


I am having difficulty setting up my Officejet 6600 printer.  It has brand new ink cartridges. I installed hp inks 932XL (black ink) and 933 (colors).  The wireless blue light is blinking.  When I hit print-It makes sounds which lead me to believe its working, but the result is just blank paper.  Thank you guys for your responses!

 I'd like to help!


To better assist you - 


1) Does the copy print out the same way? 

2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or devices? 


While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page 

  1. Load plain white paper in the tray.

  2. Print the report.

    • Printers with a touchscreen or menus: On the printer, open the Settings or Setup menu, touch Tools or Reports, and then touch 

      Print Quality Report

       or similar.Print quality report
  3. Check for issues indicated on the report, and then follow the instructions provided to resolve the issue.

 Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
