Hi @Sami2301,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To find the MAC address of your HP DeskJet 2810e printer, follow these steps.
Print a Network Configuration Page
- Press and hold the Wi-Fi button and the Information button (i) on your printer at the same time.
- This should print a Network Configuration Page or Wireless Network Test Results.
Check the MAC Address on the Printout
- Look for a section called "Wi-Fi Direct Information", "Network Information", or similar.
- The MAC address should be listed as "Wireless MAC Address" or simply "MAC Address". It typically looks like this: XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX.
Alternate Method: Use the HP Smart App
- If the printer is already connected to Wi-Fi:
- Open the HP Smart app on your Mac or smartphone.
- Select your printer.
- Navigate to Settings > Printer Information or Network Information.
- The MAC address will be displayed there.
Access Printer Embedded Web Server (EWS)
If the printer is connected to your network:
- Find the printer's IP address (available on the printed configuration page or via the HP Smart app).
- Enter the IP address into a web browser to access the printer's Embedded Web Server (EWS).
- Check under the Network or Wi-Fi settings section for the MAC address.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
