Hi @775553,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To obtain the driver for the HP Deskjet 9800 printer that is compatible with Windows 10 64-bit, you can follow these steps.

  1. Visit the official HP support website by going to: https://support.hp.com/
  2. Click on the "Drivers & Software" option.
  3. In the search bar, type "HP Deskjet 9800" and hit Enter.
  4. From the search results, select the appropriate model, which should be "HP Deskjet 9800 Printer series."
  5. On the support page for the HP Deskjet 9800, you should see a section titled "Software, Drivers, and Firmware."
  6. Make sure the operating system selected is Windows 10 64-bit.
  7. Look for the driver option labeled "Full Feature Software and Drivers" or "Driver-Product Installation Software."
  8. Click on the download button next to the driver to start downloading the installation package.
  9. Once the download is complete, locate the downloaded file and double-click on it to run the installer.
  10. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the driver installation process.
  11. After the installation is finished, restart your computer.

Once your computer restarts, the HP Deskjet 9800 printer driver should be successfully installed on your Windows 10 64-bit system. You can now connect your printer to your computer and start using it.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
