I have an iMac and a Macbook both with MacOS Sequoia15.3 and I bought a Smart Tank 520 (only uSB) which is not supported by the system. I urgently need a driver compatible with this MacOS version because I can't give back the printer to the shop.

Hi @StopBaizuo 

Try to install with the next Apple Smart Tank basic driver:

 

1. Connect your printer with USB cable

2. Then install the next software

 

* Click YES   to say thank you,

I installed the basic driver, then go to add printer, but during "setting up the device" step it shows the error message "unable to communicate with the printer". What printer software should I select? There's no driver for Smart Tank 520 on the list.

Try to find in the list for "Smart Tank 500" driver

 

Also try with HP Easy Start:

>> https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/HP_Easy_Start.app.zip
