Product: Hp envy 6000 series

I just moved into a new home and my printer will not connect to the new internet. I need to set the printer to factory settings but I don't know how to. Please help

Hi @Segonia,

 

I'd like to help!

 

I understand you would like to restore the printer to factory default.

 

Follow the below steps to restore the printer-

 

1.Lift the cartridge access door to expose the cartridge area.

2. While the cartridge access door is open, press and hold the Power button and Wireless button on the back of the printer for three seconds.
