Hi @Kul31,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Sure, I'd be happy to help you set up your HP Neverstop Laser MFP 1200w printer. Here are the general steps you can follow.
Unpack the Printer:
- Remove all packaging materials from the printer.
- Make sure you have all the accessories that came with the printer.
Power On:
- Connect the power cable to the printer and a power source.
- Turn on the printer.
Install Toner Cartridge:
- Open the toner access door.
- Insert the toner cartridge into the printer.
Load Paper:
- Adjust the paper guides in the input tray.
- Load plain paper into the input tray.
Connect to Network (Optional):
- If your printer is wireless, follow the on-screen instructions to connect it to your Wi-Fi network.
Install Printer Software:
- Insert the provided CD or download the latest software/drivers from the HP website.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to install the software.
Print a Test Page:
- After the software installation, print a test page to ensure the printer is working correctly.
Install Additional Features (Optional):
- Depending on your needs, you may want to install additional features such as scanning software.
If you encounter any issues during the setup process, refer to the printer's user manual for troubleshooting steps.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
