Hi @Tbone2753,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP ENVY 6452e printer is connected to Wi-Fi but not printing, here are some steps you can try.

Check Printer Status: Make sure the printer is powered on and the display shows no error messages.

Restart Devices: Restart both your printer and the computer or device you are trying to print from.

Check the Print Queue:

  • On your computer, go to Devices and Printers.
  • Find your HP ENVY 6452e and double-click to open the print queue.
  • Cancel any stuck print jobs and try printing again.

Update Printer Drivers:

  • Ensure you have the latest drivers installed. You can download them from the HP Support website.

Check Wireless Connection:

  • Confirm that the printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer. You can usually check this on the printer's control panel.

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor: Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool to troubleshoot printing issues.

Reinstall Printer: Remove the printer from your computer and add it again:

  • Go to Devices and Printers, right-click your printer, and select Remove Device.
  • Then, add the printer again.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
