Every time I try to print anything I get a couple of emojis at the top of my page and then leaves the rest of the page blank. So far I've tried to print plain PDFs, Bluebeam pdfs, and Microsoft Office docs. No matter what I do this problem persists. Getting sick of burning ink and paper! Hope it's an easy fix!

Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand that you are getting print quality issues, follow these steps to fix the issue.
Did you make a copy and check if that prints fine?
If not, print a print quality diagnostic page
-
Load plain white paper in the input tray.
-
On the printer control panel, swipe down to open the Dashboard, and then touch the Setup icon
.
-
Swipe up on the display, touch Reports, and then touch Print Quality Report.
If that does not print fine, follow the steps mentioned in this HP document to fix the issue:- Click here
If the print quality page prints fine, this could be a driver issue.
Use HP Print and Scan Doctor to fix driver issues.
Download HP Print and Scan Doctor.
-
Run HPPSdr.exe from the download location on your computer.
-
Once HP Print and Scan Doctor opens, click Start, and then select your printer.
-
If your printer is not in the list, turn it off and on, and then click Retry.
-
If there is a connection problem, follow the instructions in HP Print and Scan Doctor.
-
-
If a screen prompts you to turn on printer updates, click Yes.
-
If a screen prompts you to make your printer the default printer, click Yes.
-
Try to print.
Let me know how it goes.
To thank me for my efforts to help you, please mark my post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others.
Cheers.
