Product: HP Envy 6122e All-in-One Printer

I got things to work (eventually), but there is no option to duplex print. I have an option in the 'smart' software to finish printer setup, but that just gives me a blank white window and nothing else happens. I have the printer and PC wifi connected and the VPN off. I've even switched off the virus protection, to no avail.

Thanks for that but I'm using a PC, not a mobile device. The option to enable duplex printing simply isn't there. The printer is clearly not fully installed, and The PC won't communicate with it unless the VPN is off, which I'm sure is not supposed to be the case.
